Wenne bruceþ, ðe can weana lyt sares and sorge
and him sylfa hæfþ blæd and blysse and eac byrga geniht.

Bliss he enjoys who knows not suffering, sorrow nor anxiety,
and has prosperity and happiness and a good enough house.
